You'll build and optimize the systems that drive pipeline — CRM architecture, automation, integrations, and data flows.

This is a hands-on, technical seat on the cutting edge of RevOps and GTM engineering. You'll own messy systems, fix what's broken, and design scalable solutions from the ground up — across a rotating set of B2B SaaS clients. Comfortable in Salesforce. Comfortable in HubSpot.

What you'll work on

  • Design and build workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, and lifecycle stages
  • Implement lead scoring and routing logic
  • Debug sync issues, attribution gaps, and data inconsistencies
  • Align Salesforce and HubSpot for clean reporting and reliable data flow
  • Clean, structure, and migrate CRM data
  • Integrate tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo, and Chili Piper
  • Design scalable CRM and marketing-automation systems
  • Jump into new tools and stacks as client needs evolve

What we're looking for

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and RevOps best practices
  • Experience with integrations and data syncing across GTM tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues independently
  • Comfort operating across multiple clients and environments
  • Eager to work on the cutting edge of RevOps and GTM engineering
nice to have ↴

Bonus points

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code)
  • Using AI for automation, scripting, or system design
  • Light scripting — JavaScript, Python, or similar

Week one, you might be solving any of these.

01

Fix a broken Salesforce ↔ HubSpot sync across tens of thousands of records.

02

Implement lead routing logic with enrichment + territory rules.

03

Rebuild lifecycle stages and attribution for a scaling SaaS company.

04

Clean and migrate messy CRM data into a usable system — and keep it that way.

High ownership. Low bureaucracy. Real autonomy.

We care about outcomes, not hours. You'll ship fast, see impact quickly, and grow alongside an agency leading the new wave of GTM engineering.

01 Fully remote, EST Flexible schedule. We operate primarily in EST hours and coordinate async around that.
02 Build, don't manage You won't be running PM ceremony. You'll be building systems, end-to-end, across many stacks.
03 Modern tools, AI-native We use AI to move faster — Claude Code, scripting, automation. You'll have room to push the stack forward.
04 Cutting edge Work at the frontier of RevOps and GTM engineering — modern tooling, AI-native workflows, real impact.
05 Broad exposure Many B2B SaaS companies, many GTM stacks. You'll see more surface area in a quarter than most see in a year.
06 Competitive comp Compensation based on experience. We prioritize flexibility, autonomy, and pay that matches the seat.
