Strong
Well-designed, documented, and actively managed. Aligned with best practices. Minor refinements could improve further.
Best-in-Class
Exceeds best practices. Fully automated, measured, and continuously optimized. Could serve as a reference implementation.

| 60-79% | Acceptable | Functional but with meaningful gaps to address |
| 40-59% | Below Standard | Significant gaps that are likely impacting revenue outcomes |
| Below 40% | Critical Gap | Fundamental issues requiring immediate attention |
