We built Alto Pharmacy's demand generation infrastructure from zero: Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta accounts, end-to-end UTM, pixel and event tracking, a custom HubSpot CRM with segmentation, lead scoring and workflows, and real-time dashboards. Within the first 90 days the engine contributed $2.2M in qualified pipeline and 3,500+ new leads, cut cost per lead 35% and improved lead-to-customer conversion 25%.
Alto Pharmacy needed demand generation that could produce qualified pipeline quickly, and there was no existing infrastructure to optimize: no structured ad accounts, no end-to-end tracking and no CRM set up for segmentation or scoring.
The risk in a from-scratch build is launching campaigns before measurement exists. The build covered all of it: account structure and tracking, the CRM and integrations, then campaigns and ongoing optimization.
Six workstreams. The diagram shows the stack from ad platforms down to the dashboards leadership used.
Set up and configured Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta with an account structure built for scale and performance.
UTM parameters, conversion pixels and event tracking to capture interactions across all channels.
A custom HubSpot instance with contact segmentation, lead scoring and automated workflows.
Every marketing platform integrated with HubSpot for one data flow and unified reporting.
Targeted campaigns across search, social and display by persona and buyer-journey stage.
Real-time dashboards and regular performance reviews for fast adjustments.
Results as recorded for the first 90 days of the engine.
| Metric | Result | Context |
|---|---|---|
| Qualified pipeline | $2.2M | Within the first 90 days |
| New leads | 3,500+ | High-quality contacts entering the funnel |
| Cost per lead | -35% | Optimized targeting and ad spend efficiency |
| Lead-to-customer conversion | +25% | Nurture workflows and personalized content |
| Attribution | Full-funnel | Campaign performance and ROI visible by channel |
| Infrastructure | Scalable | Supports future growth and new initiatives |
Same budget, more leads, better conversion. Enter your numbers to see what this case's two efficiency gains would mean, with the math shown.
Defaults are illustrative. Leads = spend / CPL. Customers = leads x lead-to-customer rate. The 25% lift is relative (3% becomes 3.75%).
The build put UTMs, conversion pixels and event tracking on every channel as part of the ad platform setup. That is why full-funnel attribution was in place within the first 90 days.
HubSpot lead scoring and segmentation decided who got nurtured and who went to sales, which lifted lead-to-customer conversion 25%.
Real-time dashboards plus regular reviews let spend move to what converted, which is where the 35% CPL reduction came from.
