What does a JayOh Partner Plan cost per month?

Six tiers, priced by the maximum hours of pod capacity you reserve each week. Higher tiers buy speed and parallel workstreams, not a different team.

How does JayOh pricing compare to hiring a RevOps team?

A loaded in-house RevOps team runs about $600K a year. The largest Partner Plan is $360K a year and covers more disciplines on day one.

07 · FAQ

JayOh pricing questions, answered

How much does JayOh cost?
JayOh Partner Plan retainers cost $5,000 to $30,000 per month for 5 to 40 hours a week of Growth Pod capacity, on 3 to 6 month initial terms. One-time Buckets of Hours cost $5,000 to $20,000 for 20 to 120 hours. HubSpot Marketing Hub or Sales Hub implementation packages start at $5,000 each.
Is JayOh billed hourly?
No. You buy capacity, not an invoice of hours after the fact. A Partner Plan reserves a maximum number of hours per week at a fixed monthly price, worked in sprints. A Bucket of Hours is paid once and drawn down inside its usage window. Every hour is tracked to your account on a shared project board, so you can see where capacity went.
What is the minimum commitment?
Partner Plans have an initial term of 3 months (Bronze, Silver), 4 months (Gold, Platinum) or 6 months (Diamond, Black Diamond). The smallest commitment overall is a one-time Mini Bucket of Hours: 20 hours for $5,000, used within 70 days.
Which plan should I start with?
Start from the weekly hours of systems work you actually have, not your budget ceiling. A focused backlog (one CRM, a few integrations) usually fits Silver or Gold at 10 to 15 hours a week. A CRM migration, CPQ build or post-acquisition consolidation usually needs Platinum or above. A single scoped project with no deadline pressure fits a Bucket of Hours. The estimator on this page maps hours to a plan.
What is the difference between a Partner Plan and a Bucket of Hours?
A Partner Plan gives you a dedicated sprint cadence, the full Growth Pod team, a shared Slack channel, regular meetings, a 24-hour SLA with priority queue, a shared project board and the JayOh Resource Center. A Bucket of Hours gives you a task queue, a shared project board, a 72-hour SLA, office hours support and async collaboration, with no dedicated sprint cadence or Slack channel.
Does a HubSpot implementation package include ongoing support?
No. Each implementation package is a fixed scope capped at 30 hours plus any add-ons you choose. Integrations are scoped separately. Ongoing enablement and support run through a Partner Plan or a Bucket of Hours.
Can buying HubSpot through JayOh save money?
Yes. JayOh is a HubSpot Platinum Partner. Buying HubSpot licenses through JayOh can get you better license pricing, and HubSpot’s onboarding fee is waived. Ask about it on your first call.
Can I try JayOh before committing?
Yes. Free GTM Support offers up to 5 free hours of RevOps, GTM, demand gen or data work, and the Free CRM Audit is a read-only, 10-day diagnostic delivered as a severity-scored findings report. Spots are limited each quarter.
