About JayOh

JayOh is a GTM systems engineering firm. We build the RevOps architecture, GTM execution and data infrastructure that turn messy revenue operations into predictable pipeline for B2B SaaS and PE-backed companies.

In practice that means CRM architecture and migrations, pipeline and stage design, attribution, marketing operations, demand generation, BI and reporting, and AI built into your GTM workflows.

No. Agencies sell hours. We run a function: a Pod Lead who owns the outcome, engineers who build it, and a library of 100+ documented GTM plays we've already run for other companies.

We show up like your team, not a vendor on the side, and we're accountable for results rather than activity.

B2B SaaS companies, PE-backed portfolio companies and the operating partners who support them. Our buyers are usually CROs, CMOs, CFOs, RevOps leaders and PE operating teams.

We have deep experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare and medtech, fintech, cybersecurity and manufacturing.

JayOh was founded in 2016 by Joe LaGrutta and has run the pod model since the start. We've delivered 100+ GTM engagements, including work for companies like Samsung, Ramp, Shopify, Lever and 15Five.

JayOh stands for "Just Aim Your Organization Higher." Taken together, the name means growth.

Pricing & plans

Engagements run on monthly partner plans sized by weekly capacity, from 5 hours a week up to 40 hours a week. Plans range from about $5K to $30K per month.

5–10 hrs/wkFocused fixes and a monthly or bi-weekly sprint
15–20 hrs/wkWeekly sprints across multiple workstreams
30–40 hrs/wkTwo sprints a week, a full embedded pod

For comparison, hiring a RevOps manager, admin, marketing ops, analytics and demand gen lead costs roughly $600K a year loaded. See the full math.

No. You buy a fixed block of weekly capacity, and the Pod Lead points it at whatever matters most each sprint. There's no surprise invoice at the end of the month, and every hour is tracked against your account so you can see where it went.

Initial terms run 3 to 6 months depending on the plan. Smaller plans start at 3 months; larger, multi-workstream plans start at 4 to 6 months, because systems work needs a few sprints to compound. After the initial term, most clients continue on the same plan or resize it.

  • A dedicated sprint cadence and regular working meetings
  • A 24-hour response SLA and priority queue
  • A shared project board so you see every task, owner and due date
  • Access to our resource center, playbooks and templates

Yes. Scope moves every sprint: the pod shifts from CRM work to reporting to demand gen as your priorities change, without hiring or firing anyone. If you need more or less capacity, we resize the plan.

Yes. Most clients start with a diagnostic call, and we also run a free RevOps sprint so you can see how we work before committing to a plan.

Team & delivery

A Growth Pod is a Pod Lead plus a team of specialist engineers. The Pod Lead sets strategy, runs the sprints and owns the outcome. The engineers build the systems, workflows and integrations. Together they cover RevOps, CRM, marketing ops, analytics, demand gen, and web and integrations.

How the Growth Pod model works

One Pod Lead matched to your problem and industry, GTM engineers matched to your platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, BI, web), and specialists pulled in for specific sprints, such as attribution or AI builds. You meet your Pod Lead before you start.

See how we build teams

Your Pod Lead. One person runs your engagement, answers for the result and coordinates everyone else, so you never manage five vendors or five hires.

Work ships in Sprint 1. We start with a diagnosis of your GTM system, rank the highest-leverage fixes and start building immediately, instead of waiting through a 3 to 6 month hiring and ramp cycle.

  • Thursday: sprint planning. Every task gets an owner, an estimate and a due date.
  • Thursday to Tuesday: the pod builds in your systems.
  • Tuesday: a written status update covering what shipped, risks and decisions needed.
  • Wednesday: sprint close and next sprint's priorities.

Sprint frequency depends on your plan, from monthly up to twice a week.

Through a shared Slack channel, a shared project board and your recurring sprint meetings. Requests get a response within 24 hours.

Good. We onboard them into systems that are already running and documented, so there's no knowledge loss. Many clients keep a smaller plan alongside their hire for architecture and specialist work their team doesn't cover.

Yes. Everything is built inside your own CRM, marketing automation and BI tools, and documented as we go. If the engagement ends, the system stays with you.
