The RevOps & GTM engineering firm

Your pipeline isn't broken. Your system is.

Since 2016, we've architected, built and run the revenue infrastructure for 100+ B2B SaaS and PE-backed companies — CRM, routing, pipeline, attribution and reporting — so the demand you already pay for turns into revenue you can forecast.

Sound familiar?

These aren't people problems. They're system failures.

01 · LEADS

Leads come in — then vanish

No routing logic, no SLA, no speed-to-lead tracking. Your best leads die in a queue.

02 · PIPELINE

Deals stall mid-funnel

Deals go dark in Stage 2. Nobody trusts the CRM because the data is wrong. Forecasts are fiction.

03 · REPORTING

Reports take weeks, not minutes

Attribution is broken. Marketing can't prove ROI. Every board meeting turns into a data argument.

04 · ALIGNMENT

Marketing blames Sales. Sales blames Marketing.

No shared data, no common definitions, no single source of truth. The org fights instead of fixing.

05 · STACK

Tools are connected. Systems aren't.

HubSpot talks to Salesforce. Salesforce talks to Outreach. Nothing talks to revenue. Integrations without architecture.

06 · PREDICTABILITY

Growth feels random

Some quarters hit, some don't, and nobody can explain why. When the system is invisible, outcomes are too.

Hiring more reps or buying another tool won't fix any of these. Engineering the system will.

Why teams pick JayOh

We don't dabble in RevOps. It's all we've done for a decade.

Most firms bolt RevOps onto a marketing agency or a software resale. We've been a GTM systems engineering firm since day one — and we've documented everything we've learned.

Leads come in but don't turn into revenue. No one knows where they go.
Every lead routed in < 5 min. Clear handoffs. Higher conversion from the same volume.
Sales says leads are bad. Marketing says Sales doesn't follow up. No data to settle it.
Shared dashboards, clean attribution. Marketing and Sales aligned on real numbers.
The CRM is a junk drawer. Reps don't trust it. Managers can't forecast.
The CRM is the operating system. Stages enforced. Forecasting actually works.
Reporting takes weeks and no one trusts the numbers anyway.
Live dashboards. Spend connects to pipeline connects to revenue — in minutes.
Growth feels random. Some quarters hit, most don't, nobody can say why.
Predictable execution. Systems compound. Growth is engineered, not hoped for.
Who we work with

Built for the people who own the number.

B2B SaaS and PE-backed companies, typically $5M–$50M ARR, running HubSpot, Salesforce or both.

CRO / VP Sales

Pipeline you can see

Predictable revenue, not forecast fiction. Real pipeline data and speed-to-lead that actually works.

→ Forecast you can commit to
CMO / VP Marketing

Attribution that holds up

Campaigns connected to pipeline connected to closed-won — so you never argue ROI in a spreadsheet again.

→ Budget you can defend
CFO / Finance

Numbers you can trust

CAC, payback, LTV and unit economics flowing from one connected system. No reconciling three tools for one number.

→ One version of the truth
PE Operating Partners

A portfolio playbook

One GTM system architecture, deployed across your portfolio and tuned per company. Your hold period is finite — we compress the build.

→ Faster value creation

If it's in your GTM stack, we've built in it.

We're platform-agnostic: we architect the system first, then wire every tool into it. Torn between CRMs? HubSpot vs. Salesforce.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

What is GTM engineering?

GTM engineering is building the systems your go-to-market runs on — CRM data models, lead routing, pipeline stages, attribution, reporting and automation — with the same rigor engineers apply to product. The goal is a revenue engine that's measurable, repeatable and doesn't depend on heroics.

How is this different from hiring a RevOps person or agency?

A single RevOps hire is usually stuck on tickets. A typical agency hands you a strategy deck. We bring a senior lead plus developers who own the outcome and ship in weekly sprints — strategy and execution in one team.

Do you replace our internal RevOps team?

No. We plug in alongside them. Most teams use us to build the architecture and clear the backlog, then we run it with them — or hand it off fully documented. Building one from scratch? Read how to build a RevOps function.

Which platforms do you work in?

All of it. HubSpot and Salesforce are the core — including migrations between them and from Pardot — and we build across the rest of the GTM stack: marketing automation, enrichment (Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo), sales engagement (Outreach, Salesloft, lemlist, Gong), routing, CPQ and billing (DealHub, Chargebee, Stripe), BI and warehouses, and AI and workflow automation. We design the system first, then wire every tool into it.

How fast will we see results?

The audit gives you a ranked fix list right away. Most teams see the first fixes — like routing and speed-to-lead — live within the first few sprints.

Do you work with PE portfolios?

Yes. We deploy one GTM system architecture across portfolio companies, tailored to each, so operating partners get consistent reporting and faster value creation during the hold.
