White-label RevOps for agencies: technical delivery under your brand

Short answer: JayOh is a white-label RevOps partner for marketing, demand gen and HubSpot agencies. Our pod delivers CRM migrations (including 10+ HubSpot–Pardot moves), integrations, routing and reporting under your brand and NDA. You keep the client relationship, the strategy and the margin. 01 · When agencies white-label

When should an agency outsource RevOps instead of hiring for it?

When the work is technical, lumpy and high-risk. A Pardot migration or a Salesforce sync rebuild is a bad first project for a new hire and a great way to lose a retainer if it slips.

01

A client asks for a migration you’ve never run

Pardot to HubSpot, Marketo to HubSpot, Salesforce to HubSpot. Sequencing, field mapping and cutover are where agencies get burned. We’ve run 75+ CRM migrations.

Most common
02

The CRM is killing your campaign results

Broken lifecycle stages, lost attribution and a messy Salesforce sync make your marketing look bad. Fix the plumbing and your retainer gets easier to defend.

Retainer risk
03

You have more technical work than people

Overflow without adding headcount you can’t keep busy next quarter. Scale capacity up for a launch and back down after.

Capacity
04

The ask crosses into Salesforce

HubSpot shops get pulled into Salesforce flows, objects and the HubSpot–Salesforce connector. We staff both platforms.

Platform gap
05

Clay, enrichment or AI workflows

Clients want signal-based outbound and AI agents. We’re a Clay partner and an Anthropic/Claude partner, so you can sell it before you’ve built it in-house.

06

You need a second opinion before you quote

We scope the technical side so your estimate holds. Underquoted migrations are where agency margin disappears.

02 · What you keep vs. what we build

What does the agency keep, and what does JayOh build?

You own the client. We own the technical delivery. The line is written into the partner agreement before kickoff so nobody guesses on a live project.

03 · Engagement models

How can agencies engage JayOh as a white-label partner?

Three ways in, matched to how agencies actually sell: fixed-scope projects, a prepaid block of hours, or a dedicated pod on retainer.

Model 1

Fixed-scope project

One defined deliverable, one estimate. Best for migrations, integrations and audits you’ve already sold or are about to quote.

  • Scope, field map and timeline agreed upfront
  • You mark up and resell as your project
  • Example: Pardot → HubSpot migration
Projects
Model 2

Bucket of hours

A one-time block of 20 to 120 hours used inside a 70 to 100 day window. Best for overflow and a steady trickle of smaller tickets across clients.

  • Task queue and shared project board
  • 72-hour SLA, office hours support
  • Spread hours across multiple client accounts
Overflow
Model 3

Dedicated pod

5 to 40 hours a week of reserved capacity with a pod lead, consultant and developers. Best when you resell an ongoing RevOps or HubSpot retainer.

  • Dedicated sprint cadence, shared Slack channel
  • 24-hour SLA and priority queue
  • Regular meetings with your team
Retainers

Our standard direct-client rates are published on the pricing page. Partner rates for agencies are quoted per engagement based on volume and model.

05 · NDA & white-label terms

What’s in a white-label agreement with JayOh?

The short version: we’re invisible, we don’t poach, and everything we build belongs to you or your client. These are our default partner terms; we adjust them to your contracts.

Confidentiality

Mutual NDA before any client detail

  • NDA signed before you share client names, data or systems
  • Least-privilege users you or the client provision; access removed at handover
  • Client data stays in the client’s systems
Brand

Your name on everything

  • We introduce ourselves as your team, on your Slack or email domain if you prefer
  • Deliverables in your templates, no JayOh logos
  • We never list your clients as our references without written approval
Non-solicitation

We don’t take your clients

  • No direct pitching or contracting with your clients during the partnership and an agreed tail period
  • If a client approaches us directly, we route them back to you
  • Mutual: neither side hires the other’s staff off a shared account
Work product

You own what we build

  • Workflows, field maps, code and docs transfer to you or your client per your contract
  • No lock-in: everything lives in the client’s portal or org
  • Clear change-order process when scope moves
06 · Proof: Pardot ↔ HubSpot

Can JayOh run a Pardot migration for an agency’s client?

Yes. It’s our sharpest proof point: 10+ HubSpot–Pardot migrations in both directions, inside 75+ CRM migrations overall. Here’s how a white-label run usually goes.

1

Inventory (week 1)

Prospects, lists, Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, completion actions, scoring and grading, forms and handlers, custom redirects, the Salesforce connector settings.

2

Map and design (weeks 1–2)

Engagement Studio to HubSpot workflows, scoring and grading to HubSpot lead scoring, custom redirects to tracked links, the Pardot connector to the HubSpot–Salesforce sync with field mappings and inclusion rules. You review the map under your brand.

3

Build and migrate (weeks 2–6)

Properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, forms and assets rebuilt; data loaded in passes with reconciliation counts at each step.

4

Parallel run and cutover

Forms and tracking switched, sends paused on the old platform, deliverability checked on the new sending domain.

5

Handover in your name

Docs, training and a punch list your team presents. We stay on call for the post-launch window you sold.

07 · Partner capacity & margin calculator

What margin does an agency make reselling white-label RevOps?

Margin = what you bill the client − partner cost − your own account-management time. Plug in your numbers. Every default here is illustrative, not a JayOh rate.

Your inputs Illustrative defaults
80
$225
$150
10%

Your economics Live

Illustrative only. Partner cost defaults are placeholders, not JayOh partner pricing, which is quoted per engagement. In-house comparison assumes the hire is fully utilized from day one, which rarely happens.

08 · FAQ

White-label RevOps: agency questions

What is white-label RevOps?
White-label RevOps is when a specialist firm delivers CRM, marketing automation and revenue-systems work for an agency’s clients under the agency’s brand. The agency keeps the relationship, pricing and strategy; the partner does the technical build behind the scenes.
Will my client know JayOh is involved?
Only if you want them to. By default we work as part of your team, on your Slack or email domain, with deliverables in your templates and no JayOh branding. Some agencies prefer to introduce us as their technical partner; either works.
Do you outsource Pardot migrations for agencies?
Yes. We’ve completed 10+ HubSpot–Pardot migrations in both directions and 75+ CRM migrations overall. We handle inventory, mapping, build, data migration and cutover; you own the client conversation.
Will you ever sell directly to my clients?
No. Our partner agreement includes non-solicitation for the partnership and an agreed tail period. If one of your clients contacts us directly, we send them back to you.
Which platforms do you cover?
HubSpot (all hubs), Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketo, Clay, and the integrations between them, including the HubSpot–Salesforce sync, billing tools like Chargebee, and AI workflows with Claude.
How is partner pricing structured?
By engagement model: a fixed fee for scoped projects, a one-time bucket of hours, or a monthly pod. Our standard direct rates are on the pricing page; agency partner rates are quoted per engagement so you can mark up and protect your margin.
Who owns the work product?
You or your client, per your client contract. Everything is built inside the client’s HubSpot portal or Salesforce org, and documentation is delivered in your templates. There’s no JayOh lock-in.
